Giving landowners the tools to make informed financial decisions
NCX, a marketplace that helps landowners find climate programs for their land, needed to help landowners more quickly compare and evaluate program opportunities to decrease time to making a decision.
I partnered with finance and engineers to design an interactive data driven calculator, chart, and table — enabling landowners to edit values and recalculate to easily compare programs and see new estimates. This time adjusted value calculator helps landowners quickly get see the potential return over time on a program to help them better understand if a program is right for them.
